Declaration of Conformity (DoC)
Every AS-INTER-BOX product comes with a declaration of conformity guaranteeing safety for food contact. It is a document confirming compliance with legal and quality requirements.
What is a Declaration of Conformity?
A Declaration of Conformity (DoC) is a document issued by the manufacturer confirming that the product meets the relevant legal requirements for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
For food-industry packaging, the declaration confirms compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and other applicable legal acts.
What our declaration contains
- Product identification (name, symbol, description)
- Manufacturer data (AS-INTER-BOX)
- List of regulations the product complies with
- Intended use (type of food, temperature, contact time)
- Usage limitations, if any
- Date of issue and signature of the responsible person
Safety guarantee
The Declaration of Conformity confirms that the packaging:
- does not release substances in amounts that could endanger health,
- does not cause unacceptable changes in the composition of the food,
- does not deteriorate the organoleptic properties of the food.
Our declarations are based on regular laboratory testing and long-standing, unchanged production standards.
