Production batch traceability

Every order receives a unique production order number. The number is printed on the product / production batch (in a technological location), so that:

• the batch can be unambiguously identified from the product itself,
• swapping or "adding" a foreign batch becomes practically impossible without leaving a trace,
• identification in a complaint does not rely on verbal declarations or collective labels.

Each parcel is marked with a label containing:

• the production order number,
• the sequential parcel number within that order (e.g. 12/48).

This gives full accountability of packing and shipping: it is clear which parcel is which, without "estimating" by weight or volume.

The internal system records materials based on external purchase orders and delivery documents. For raw materials we maintain, among others:

• weight and quantity (e.g. number of sheets),
• identification of the delivery / external order,
• pallet numbers (and the link pallet → raw material → order),
• material consumption within a specific order.

EUDR emphasises traceability to the plot/area of raw-material origin (geolocation of the place where the wood raw material was produced), not "general" declarations.

In practice, readiness means being able to indicate — for a specific production order — which paper was used and which origin identifiers it is linked to in the supply chain (batch/delivery identifiers and origin data provided by the paper supplier, including plot geolocation where applicable).
