Branded or plain?
We produce both variants from the same tooling and materials — only the decoration differs. The choice depends on your volume and lead time.
Plain
Available off the shelf, from 100 pcs/sets per size. Best for short runs, seasonal collections and testing a new product. Add personalisation with a sticker or band — without tying up capital in a print run.
Branded with print
Full-colour print, varnish, hot stamping and embossing. Worth it from larger volumes, and the unit cost of decoration falls as quantity grows. We prepare the artwork from your brand identity and send a mock-up before production.
Branded packaging with printBatch traceability — ready for PPWR 2026
Every batch (of éclair packaging) carries its own number linked to material documentation, production data and the declaration of compliance for food contact. That lets us reconstruct the origin of the board, coating and add-ons at any time. We have applied batch traceability for over 20 years — the PPWR regulation, applicable from August 2026, makes it a legal requirement.
